FAQ - I lost my registration key, how can I get it replaced?
As a service to our customers, we will replace lost registration keys.
In order to obtain a replacement key, send an e-mail to
RoverSupport@sandh.com
and include the following information:
(1) The exact name you registered under,
(2) The e-mail address you specified when you registered or
when you requested the last key replacement,
(3) The street address you specified
when you registered.
If possible, please use the same e-mail address for all messages sent
to News Rover support. If you request a key replacement using a different
e-mail address, your key replacement request may be delayed.
