You can access this by clicking the word "Help" on the top menu bar then
select "Help Topics" or "How Do I..." from the drop down menu.

If possible, please use the same e-mail address for all messages sent
to News Rover support.
- Telephone technical support is available on weekdays from 9:30-4:30 CST.
The charge is one dollar per minute with a 5 minute minimum, billed
